Our 10 day Fast Trac Plan can help you get the results you want quickly. By following the simple eating guidelines, many of our clients have lost up to 10 pounds in the first 10 days.
On the 11th day you begin Phase 2 and on day 30 you begin Phase 3 using delicious everyday foods in an easy menu plan. When you reach your goal, follow what worked for you and take Sunday off, because Sundays are for eating!
